We offer $6.95 flat-rate shipping on all orders.

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5-10 business days via USPS or UPS.

Due to the nature of our product, opened items can’t be resold - but we’re still happy to issue a refund. Your comfort and satisfaction always come first.

NEYA is the first reusable applicator designed by a women’s health professional to make menstrual disc insertion smoother, cleaner, and way less frustrating. It’s eco-friendly, easy to use, and doesn’t require lube like many others. We also carry our exclusive menstrual disc and accessories and are working on expanding our presence in the USA.

It works with most reusable, flexible silicone discs, including our NEYA Disc. It’s not compatible with stiff or disposable discs, or menstrual cups.

Yes! We offer the NEYA Disc, a soft, flexible disc with a built-in string for easy removal. You can buy it solo or bundle it with our applicator.

🧼 Care & Cleaning

Simply rinse with warm water and mild soap after each use. For a deeper clean, you can boil it for a few minutes or use a sterilizing solution.

Yes! NEYA is made from 100% medical-grade silicone and designed to last for years with proper care—making it a more sustainable choice for your period.
